You have the option to customize the level settings for a challenge that fits you. The goal in Bio: Kill The Plague Infection is to beat the infection that is spreading. You control one of the blue bio cells and must destroy the invading purple cells. On the way you can also try and heal infected red cells to lower the infection, don't let the infection spread to over 50% else its game over.
